Life at the Resort.

The rooms are designed in a simple and tasteful style, with great attention to detail and each featuring a private bathroom.
Many guests experience this conscious simplicity as deeply comforting, as it gently invites the focus inward rather than outward.
Those who arrive here soon sense that true luxury does not lie in the room itself, but in the mindful care and the experience of the stay as a whole.

Ayurvedic Cuisine.

At the resort, nutrition is an essential part of the therapeutic concept and follows the principles of Ayurvedic cuisine.Meals are freshly prepared, light and easy to digest, and individually adapted to each guest’s needs and the course of their stay.
Warm dishes are primarily served in the morning, at midday and in the evening, presented as freshly prepared three-course menus — lovingly cooked and thoughtfully arranged, often using ingredients from the resort’s own garden. When the meals are served, guests receive information about the individual ingredients and their traditional properties in Ayurveda.
Warm water or herbal tea accompanies each meal, in keeping with Ayurvedic tradition, where such beverages are believed to support digestion and inner balance.
